Thank you
For helping us make a difference to the lives of those in need. Through the magic of giving, we raised $795,000 across Australia.

Give the gift of sight
Meet Sarah!
Like many people living with low vision or blindness, Sarah had to come to terms with her identity as a woman with blindness. In her words, the long cane wasn’t a great fit for her as a mobility tool, however when she got her first Guide Dog she felt that she was no longer moving through the world trying to identify and avoid obstacles, she could all of a sudden dance through the crowds.
Your support helped give others living with blindness the gift of sight.

Give the gift of confidence
Meet Jenny & Foxy!
Foxy is a rescued greyhound who now visits St Joseph's Primary School weekly to support students who are struggling with their reading by helping them relax and feel comfortable. This in turn increases their willingness to read, their confidence and has them seeking out books at home.
Your support helped give other children the gift of confidence.

Give the gift of independence
Meet Byron and Zeus!
Autism assistance dogs are specially trained to support children and young adults with complex autism. These dogs provide not just companionship but also critical assistance in managing anxiety, promoting communication, and enhancing independence. For individuals like Byron, this can make a profound difference.
Your support helped give others living with autism the gift of independence.

Give the gift of empowerment
Meet Angus!
Sadly, in November last year a paramedic was killed whilst responding to a priority one call. Dogs for First Responders were called to provide support to the team who were devastated by their colleague's passing. Angus attended the Stanley Hospital to provide emotional support for those impacted, encouraging them to feel comfortable to engage in conversation with others or simply be there for a hug.
Your support helped give other first responders facing challening times the gift of empowerment.
