1. Eligibility
   The Petstock DIY Dog Wash Giveaway Competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are Petstock members. Employees of Petstock, their families, and any associated organisations are excluded from entry.
2. Acceptance of Terms
   Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any entry not in compliance with these terms is invalid.
3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must:

• Comment a photo of their pet in a Petstock DIY Dog Wash.
• Be a current Petstock Member. Participants are limited to one entry per person (defined as one entry per Petstock membership number).

4. Promotion Period
   The competition begins at 4.00 PM AEDT on Wednesday, 11th February 2026, and closes at 9:00 AM AEDT on Wednesday, 18th February 2026.
5. Prizes

• Twenty winners will be chosen from the comments left on the competition specific Facebook post.
• Each winner will receive $10 Pet Cash applied to their Petstock membership account. This $10 can be used on the DIY Dog Wash service and other products.
• Winners will be selected by Petstock's social media team based on compliance with entry conditions. Petstock's decision is final, and no correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered into.
• Entrants are not guaranteed a prize.

6. Winner Notification
   Winners will be contacted privately via direct message on the Facebook. Participants should ensure they are able to receive the message based on their setting and message preferences. They will not be publicly announced. If a winner does not claim their prize by 3:00 PM AEDT on Friday, 20th February 2026, Petstock reserves the right to redraw the prize to another participant.
7. Winner Verification
   Petstock reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to request proof of a participant’s eligibility (including a participant’s identity, age and place of residence). Petstock may, at its sole discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid, and prohibit further participation by an entrant in this promotion, if the entrant: a) fails to verify eligibility to enter the promotion to the Petstock’s satisfaction; b) tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion; c) submits an entry which in Petstock’s opinion is not in accordance with these terms and conditions; d) acts in a disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or e) engages in conduct in entering the promotion which in Petstock’s opinion is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and/or Petstock. This includes where entrants share receipts or product labels to enter the promotion or where entrants use multiple names or addresses to register multiple entries. Failure by the Petstock to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8. Entry Submission Responsibility
   Petstock accepts no responsibility for any incomplete, incorrectly submitted, late, corrupt, or misdirected entries, claims, or correspondence. This includes but is not limited to technical, communication and network malfunctions or any other errors such as omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. Petstock has no control over telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them. Petstock is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) any costs incurred. Any entries that fail to reach Petstock by the closing date will also be deemed invalid.
9. Promoter Information

10. Tampering and Fraudulent Activity
    Petstock reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits a fraudulent entry, fails to comply with these terms and conditions, or engages in disruptive, misleading, or damaging behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to, multiple entries from the same individual using false details.
11. Promoter’s Rights
    Petstock reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition including disqualifying any participant, if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its control that compromise the integrity or fairness of the competition.
12. Limitation of Liability
    Petstock, its affiliates, and agencies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or the use of prizes, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
13. Prize Distribution
    Petstock and its agencies accept no responsibility for delays or damage to prizes in transit.
14. Privacy
    By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Petstock for the purpose of conducting this competition. Collected information may also be used for the purposes specified in Petstock’s privacy policy. Petstock may disclose entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this promotion.

The survey period commences on 08/02/2026 and concludes at 11:59pm AEST on 08/03/2026. To qualify for the reward, members must complete the Plutos Dog Chew Survey in full via the unique link provided. A reward of $10.00 Pet Cash will be applied to the linked Petstock member account by 11:59pm on 15/03/2026. Limit of one (1) reward per eligible member. 2. The Unlimited PETwash is limited to one (1) dog per subscription, upon sign up we allocate your subscription against each individual dog’s breed, colour & name.
3. Unlimited PETwash allows for unlimited washes for each subscribed dog, which is renewed every 4 weeks (28 days) from the date of activation.
4. The PETwash service is ‘Do It Yourself’, however at all times Petstock staff are trained to assist, should you need any guidance operating our PETwash facilities.
5. PETwash is limited to use within our store opening hours, Petstock reserve the right to close or alter store opening hours
6. No other discounts/special offers are valid in conjunction with the Unlimited PETwash subscription.
7. To cancel your subscription, you must request this in writing by email to sophie.weller@petstock.com.au.
8. No refund or credit is given for any unused portion of the monthly subscription in the event of early cancellation.
9. Seven (7) days notice must be given for any cancellation.
10. In the event of any pricing, terms and conditions changes, this will be communicated to you in writing by post/email.
11. Your Unlimited Monthly Subscription is taken in advance of services rendered.
12. Price changes will take immediate effect for new customers, and will be applied after 30 days notice to existing customers.
13. Ezidebit charge a dishonour fee of $21.90 in the event insufficient funds are in your account on the date it attempts to take your monthly subscription fee.

Petstock coupons are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or Petstock retailer accounts. Must spend a minimum of $10 to be redeemed and can only be used in a single transaction. Purchases exceeding balance require a different payment method.
