Petstock VET Bennetts Green

Tara graduated in 2012 and started her career in mixed practice, spending some time doing dairy cattle in Tasmania. Then she discovered emergency medicine and pursued further study and certification in this area. Tara spent 6 years working nights and weekends to help sick and injured pets. This experience helped her gain valuable skills, particularly with complex medicine cases and ultrasound. She is looking forward to bringing these skills to the newly opened Petstock Vet Bennetts Green and helping your pet during sociable hours.

Outside of work, Tara likes to keep active with her Australian Shepherd, Geoffrey, ride around the lake, go to the beach and stand up paddle board.

Sarah graduated as a veterinary nurse in 2006. She loves to care for all animals, but mostly enjoys the feeling she gets seeing animals reunited happy and healthy with their families. Sarah is also the owner of the Golden Retriever clinic dog named “Bang”. Bang loves spending his days being busy saying hello to everyone that walks through the door. Outside of work Sarah & Bang love going for walks and swimming at the beach.

Paige started her animal care journey fresh out of high school as a native mammal keeper, working mostly with koalas and macropods. Later spending some time at Taronga Zoo in the free flight bird show unit, working behind the scenes and presenting the show.

Paige moved into companion animal care in 2009 as a junior nurse at an Emergency and Critical care practice where she worked for roughly 13 years in multiple roles including Nurse Team leader. After accomplishing a great deal in Emergency and Critical Care, Paige has decided to move into general practice here at Bennetts Green Petstock. Paige is looking forward to more opportunities to establish relationships with long term clients and their pets and being there for families on their journey of pet ownership.

Al has been a qualified veterinary nurse since 2018. Starting as a cat foster carer, paved the way to studying veterinary nursing where a passion for all things animal bloomed. Al has a special interest in Australian wildlife and animal behaviour which has lead they to completing additional courses after graduation. As well as volunteering at Mon Repos QLD, helping the state government gather data on endangered turtles during egg laying season. Al likes to play video games, read, hang out with they 3 cats and visit national parks in they spare time.

Thalia completed her studies in June 2024 and became a qualified veterinary nurse, driven by her lifelong love for animals. Growing up with various pets ignited her passion for veterinary care at an early age. Thalia is excited to be a member of our team, eager to expand her knowledge and skills in the field. Outside of work, she loves adventuring with her Australian Shepherd, Pippi, whether it's camping in the great outdoors or enjoying relaxing movie days at home.
