Petstock VET Carrum Downs

Dr. Albert Lim graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2012. Since then he has worked in a private small animal practice in Ballarat for 5 years, and for the last 3 years, been the Head Veterinarian of Petstock Vet Carrum Downs. Although he enjoys all aspects of small animal medicine and surgery, he is particularly interested in soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics and wound management. In his spare time, he enjoys playing badminton and watching movies. He has a Miniature Schnauzer (Maya) to keep him busy as well!

Dr. Melody graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2014. Since then, she has worked in several private small animal practice before joining the PETstock VET team in 2018. She loves seeing dogs, cats and rabbits of all shapes and sizes. She loves working in general practice as she enjoys building relationships with clients and their pets as she becomes their family's vet! Melody lives with her husband and two young children. They also have two fur babies; Mocha and Latte, both are very active Jack Russell Crosses. Outside of work, Melody loves spending time with her family, listening to and playing music, travelling, and discovering nice coffee and food throughout Melbourne!

Abbey joined the PETstock team in July 2018, already having quite a few years of nursing experience under her belt. Abbey has a particular interest Puppy Pre School, helping educate new owners on how to help their puppies start off on the right paw. Abbey also invests her time in rehabilitating and re-homing stray kittens and cats, with the philosophy that every animal deserves the best start to life, and a second chance. Outside of work, Abbey enjoys exploring new places with her husband, spending time with her family and indulging in culinary delights. Abbey lives with her Maltese Cross, Harlow, who she affectionately refers to as her "little sidekick", and her adored cats, Odie and Raff.
