Karla started as a Veterinary Nurse in 2005 and has worked in small animal general practice, mixed practice with large animals and also in emergency after hours clinics. She started with Petstock Vet in 2021 and has been the Practice Manager for us for 2 years now, and loves having the opportunity to have a great relationship with clients. Karla has a special interest in emergency and critical care and also ensuring high levels of patient care when in hospital. When she is not at work she is running after her two small human children as well as her ginger cat named Turtle and her senior black Labrador named Jack.

Dr Kyoko graduated in 2016 from University of Queensland and started with us in 2023 after relocating from a rural town, where she worked in a mixed practice. Dr Kyoko has a special interest in feline medicine, preventative medicine and soft tissue surgery. When she is not at work she with her Pomeranian x Yuki and her bearded dragon named Eddie.

Jess joined the PETstock VET team in 2016 as a volunteer, but quickly completed her study to become a qualified Veterinary Nurse and has remained working in our team ever since. Jess has loved animals since she was a child, and this is what encouraged her to begin her career in veterinary industry. She loves nothing more than looking after our client’s pets in their time of need. At home Jess’ fur family consists of Kobi, a German Shepherd Dog (pictured), Kai a Golden Retriever, Abbey a Bengal, Yoshi a bearded dragon, and many fish! In her spare time you will often see her walking her dogs and her bearded dragon… yes he goes on walks too!

April's love for animals has led her towards her career in Veterinary Nursing. She has been in the industry now for 6 years and loves every moment of it.

She loves how every day is different, and enjoys learning & seeing all the complex and interesting surgical cases that come in.

Over the years she has mainly worked in small animal general practice, but has recently taken on a role as an emergency and critical care nurse at an emergency and referral centre. This has helped her broaden her skills as a veterinary nurse, and has enjoyed bringing these skills into PETstock VET.

Kirrily started with us in 2023 after relocating to Moreton Bay. Kirrily become a fully qualified Veterinary Nurse in 2020 and has worked in both small animal general practice and with Wildlife. Kirrily has a special interest in surgery and helping our senior patients live more comfortably in their sunset years. Whilst not at work Kirrily is busy training her cat Elton and keeping her gardens protected from her chooks. Kirrily is also mum to a children's python named Felix and a bearded dragon named Monty.
